Facilities at Iver Heath Village Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

Online booking requests will receive a quotation once they have completed their booking form. Registered regular users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event. The Officers of the Charity reserve the right to refuse/reject bookings.

Capacity: 120 people
Pricing: £16.00-£48.00 per hour

Capacity:
  • Approximately 130 people seated in rows for performances.
  • 100 people seated at tables for quizzes, meals, etc.
  • 80 people for parties.

Equipment & services

Kitchen available with fridge, freezer, microwave and hot water urn. This is shared between all hirers and directly connected to the main hall.
WiFi is available throughout the hall.
Charge to cover additional cleaning and electricity costs. Hirers must insure the supplier provides safe equipment (with a current BIPA certificate) and insurance available for our volunteers and any attendees to see at any time
Sound system (with bluetooth, XLR and USB-C connection) available for hire (£10 supplement). 2x Radio Mics are also available for meetings but please provide your own AAA batteries. See info sheet for more.
Stage available for hire (price upon request). The use of the stage is for performances such as shows, dances, etc. It is not suitable for parties. This is a working stage and users must provide a copy of their insurance. Stage lights are not included.

  • Location: First floor (accessible via stairs)
  • Approximate Size: 12m x 4m
  • Amenities: Free Wi-Fi

  • Small parties
  • Groups of up to 20 people
  • Classes like Art, Yoga and Pilates

Bouncy Castles are not permitted in this room.

  • Classes and Clubs like board games, Yoga, singing and more.
